Resolves to YES if the US stops minting the nickel for general circulation by Dec. 31, 2039. This will be defined as producing less than than 10 million nickels per year over a period of two consecutive years prior to the resolution date. For reference, the USA minted ~1.5 billion nickels in 2021.
